In 1986, Dr. Grossi began working as the Treasurer for the Bloom Township Trustees of Schools.  Dr. Grossi is the Treasurer of 20 educational entities and manages over $500 Million annually.

Other Information Includes:

• President of Crystal Financial Consultants, Inc. from 1989 - 2021.
• Served as adjunct professor teaching school finance as requested since 1996.
• Appointed by ISBE as the CEO of the School Finance Authority for Hazel Crest School District from 2002 - 2012.
• Received Monarch Award in 2011 from the Illinois Association of School Business Officials.
• Served on various state task forces and drafted over a dozen pieces of legislation in the area of school finance for the state of Illinois.
• Past chair of the Illinois School District Liquid Asset Fund
